Dare to Dominate.

The theme of today's article sounds inspiring and packed with vitality. I was captivated by the theme that's why I decided to use it for my topic. Moreover, this theme was inspired by an event I attended that took place on the 27th of January, 2024.

Mr Henry, who happens to be my colleague and surveyor of our company, sent me an invitation link to this giant conference held by the Billionaires Realtors Group in Nigeria. A conference of like-minded individuals who have a passion for marketing real estate services to people at home and abroad.

This is usually a pattern in my life now, before I step out of my home for any event or meeting whatsoever relating to anything you can think of I often indulge myself in questions regarding the benefits and detriment of my movements, and once the advantage outweighs the disadvantage then it's a green light and vice versa.

I quickly registered with the intention of meeting prominent consultants and my fellow realtors in the real estate market. Other intentions include getting fully impacted with educational sessions on the real estate world, making great connections with certain people, getting new insights on how to close deals, and how to use technology to create strategies to lure the interest of prospects.

Of course, I am a realtor, I don't depend on outdated information relating to the real estate market. I often go out to seek recent information, and new trends and stay updated and relevant in the industry. So, I often grab opportunities like seminars, inspections, webinars and also certification courses and so forth that would help me strategically in attaining my career in real estate.

The event was held in the L'avenida Event Center Ikota Lekki-Epe Expressway just opposite the Ikota Shopping Complex. It was hosted by the coordination team of BRG alongside the panel of speakers who happen to be the founding members of BRG.

I had a little hiccup en route but eventually, I got there in time at least it was at the time of testimonials by admiringly valued realtors and consultants who sat on the stage sharing their experience and challenges in the course of closing deals and meeting up with client's preference. Truth be told, I was inspired by their testimonials!
I sat still after I was ushered in by the usher, and tried to catch my bearings before I keyed into the ongoing testimonials.

The positive energy radiating around me as I hear the successful stories and experiences stimulates me to do much better!
We had so many educational and intensely powerful sessions with each of the speakers from the president of BRG down (Dr. Anthony Kolawole) to the Dean of BRG Academy(Dr. Emmanuel Osoteku).

The one I was most connected with deeply was the session of Dr. Emmanuel Osoteku. He spoke from a place of deep experience, demonstrating both a high IQ and impressive intelligence that knocked me out and kept me highly spirited, motivated, and eager! His insights were not just informed by knowledge but by a wealth of firsthand experience, showcasing a keen intellect and a remarkable ability to analyze complex situations with clarity and precision. Gosh!... I was so energized!

Luckily for me, I brought note to jot down teachings from these speakers but the one of Dr. Emmanuel Osoteku had my ink flowing. This is to show you how he inspired me so much with his teachings. I would show you my diary but I ain't opening it lol!

After hours of intensive teachings, we went on a break for an hour and at that time, we had food and refreshments to keep the body and soul working! I met a new friend, her name is Efe and she's a realtor too just like me. We shared ideas, asked lots of questions, and at the end we exchanged contact.

Everyone was settled to continue the conference and it was time for mapping vision boards. I bought two cardboard papers, a marker, scissors, glue, and other things we were asked to bring but I wasn't able to map my vision board because I ignorantly bought a permanent marker and it was making a mess of my cardboard papers.

I volunteer to help other people with my items excluding the permanent marker of course while I promise myself that I will recreate a perfect atmosphere to create mine afterwards. So after that section, they announced the top-selling realtors and they came out to give a brief description of what their experiences were like. The audience cheered them up whilst few listened keenly.

It was time to award the prize _{(a car, basically I have no idea about the model)}, and as exciting as it was to see that personality that deserved such an achievement it was almost time to go. I came from a far distance and needed to head home as early as possible because the rate of insecurity was nothing to write about.

In conclusion, it was awesome to be amidst prominent realtors, visionary developers, investors, and real estate consultants who are thriving in the real estate market. It's my pleasure to honor the invitation from my colleague because I acquired a different viewpoint from this conference.
