This year has arrived full of stress and work. It's been a long time since I've had at least one afternoon off in a week. And I think the excess of work is overwhelming me. My mind is racing, and I'm even developing attention deficit disorder.

Even the slightest distraction distracts me; I can't concentrate on my work; the days are very difficult for me. I don't listen to advice, and I don't learn to stop. I know that one day I'll realize that life goes beyond work, but what do you do if your job goes hand in hand with helping your family? It's very difficult.

I can only advise you that whenever you can smile, take a picture, and capture a beautiful moment, do it, because life gives us many bad times.

Día 27/365: Días de estrés y explosivos mentales

¿Qué tal van los primeros días del año? ¿Qué sentimientos han pasado por su cabeza? ¿Qué sensaciones han sentido?

Este año ha llegado lleno de mucho estrés y trabajo. Hace mucho que no sé lo que es descansar al menos una tarde en la semana. Y creo que el exceso de trabajo me está sobresaturando. Mi cabeza anda a millón y hasta déficit de atención me está provocando.

Hasta la mosca que pasa me distrae; no puedo concentrarme en mi trabajo; los días me están siendo muy difíciles. No escucho consejos y no aprendo a parar. Sé que un día me voy a dar cuenta de que la vida va más allá del trabajo, pero ¿qué se hace si con el trabajo va de la mano ayudar a tu familia? Es muy difícil.

Yo solo les puedo aconsejar que, cada vez que puedan sonreír, tomar una fotografía y capturar un hermoso momento, lo hagan, porque la vida nos da muchos malos ratos.
