There has always been a problem: does bougainvillea have flowers or are they leaves of different colors? This plant has been catching my attention lately and I have been very curious about the truth behind it.

Bougainvillea is a plant that does not have “flowers.” Those colorful “flowers” are actually bracts, or rather, modified leaves. But it has so many colors that together they write poetry, and that is what I narrated in my photographs.

Días 21 y 22/365: ¿Hojas o flores?

Siempre ha existido una problemática: ¿la buganvilla tiene flores o son hojas de otros colores? Esta planta me viene llamando la atención últimamente y me ha dado mucha curiosidad la verdad detrás de ella.

La buganvilla es una planta que no tiene "flores". Esas "flores" de colores en realidad son brácteas, o mejor dicho, hojas modificadas. Pero tiene tantos colores que juntos escriben poesía y eso fue lo que narré en mis fotografías.

La poesía más hermosa en colores. Hablaba de historias de amor y secretos de enamorados. Las flores de un jardín encantado que no paraba de transmitir sentimientos. Pérdida en un mar de llamativos colores, hoy les traigo un pedacito de amor de ellas. Disfrútelo. 🥰
