How much can nature offer us? What can we discover in it that has not already been discovered? The truth is, many things, too many to be exact. We can repeat the same habitat a thousand times and nature will always give us something different.

On this occasion, I found the shape I love to find most in nature: a heart. It was curious: it felt hard in my hand and looked dark, but when I held it up to the light, it was green. At first, I thought it was a stone and wanted to keep it, but then I saw that there was liquid swimming inside it. And sure enough, when I dropped it on the sand, it burst. Later I learned that it was an algae seed, and the whole beach was full of them, but none had that wonderful shape.

Día 18/365: La naturaleza siempre me sorprende.

¿Qué tanto nos puede ofrecer la naturaleza? ¿Qué podemos descubrir en ella que ya no se haya descubierto? La verdad, muchas cosas, demasiadas para ser exactos. Podemos repetir el mismo hábitat mil veces y siempre la naturaleza nos dará algo diferente.

En esta ocasión me encontré la forma que más amo encontrar en la naturaleza: un corazón. Era algo curioso: en la mano se sentía duro y se veía oscuro, pero al ponerlo a trasluz, era verde. De momento pensaba que era una piedra y quería quedármela, pero luego vi que un líquido nadaba en su interior. Y en efecto, al soltarla en la arena, reventó. Luego supe que era una semilla de alga y toda la playa estaba repleta de ellas, pero ninguna con esa forma maravillosa.

Son curiosas las formas que podemos encontrar en la madre naturaleza. ¿Y ustedes, qué formas han encontrado que los haya sorprendido?
