A Different Day | Un Día Diferente

Normally, I'm a very introverted girl, and I don't usually leave my house, but it isn't healthy to be cooped up all the time, so yesterday I decided to go out.

In my town, it is very common that they do Smash Bros Ultimate tournaments and many people get together to play or just watch (I am surprised that in my town, which is kind of small, there are so many people who play that). I think it's a very nice thing that they have taken this initiative, as it's something that brings joy not only to the town, but to all the people who attend.

So my boyfriend usually always attends these tournaments, but I almost never accompanied him because of issues that were out of my hands. Even in October there was a very cool one, costume themed, and I missed it, it was very sad for me.

But yesterday I finally had the opportunity to go with him, and I must say that I had a lot of fun, plus the place where they did it was very nice too. It was in a pretty sporty place, with a very big baseball field, and a beach tennis court. But where the the tournament was held, it was a separate place, with tables, chairs and umbrellas, a very cool environment, and I won't lie: I wished there was a pool there, hahaha.

in the end it was a very fun day, even though the power went out twice during the tournament, but i saw that coming really.. But I went outside, got some air, walked around, saw people having fun, and drank a very tasty chicha, although it lacked the condensed milk, eh. In the end, I was there from 11 am to 8 pm. :o

Normalmente, soy una chica muy introvertida que no suele salir de casa, pero no es sano estar encerrado siempre, así que el día de ayer decidí salir.

En mi ciudad, es muy común que hagan torneos de Smash Bros Ultimate y se reúnan muchas personas a jugar o solo a ver (me sorprende que en mi ciudad, que es algo pequeña, haya tantas personas que jueguen eso). Me parece algo muy bonito que hayan tomado esta iniciativa, ya que es algo que le da alegría no solo a la ciudad, sino a todas las personas que asisten.

Así que mi novio suele ir siempre a esos torneos, pero yo casi nunca lo acompañaba por cuestiones que escapaban de mis manos. Incluso en octubre hubo uno muy genial, con temática de disfraces, y me lo perdí, fue muy triste para mí.

Pero ayer tuve la oportunidad por fin de ir con él, y debo decir que me divertí mucho, además de que el sitio en donde lo hicieron era muy bonito también. Era en un sitio bastante deportivo, con una cancha de béisbol muy grande, y una de tenis de playa. Pero donde estaba el torneo era un sitio aparte, con mesas, sillas y sombrillas, un ambiente muy fresco, y no mentiré: deseaba que hubiera una piscina allá, jajaja.

Al final fue un día muy divertido, a pesar de que se fue la luz dos veces durante el torneo, pero eso ya me lo veía venir. Pero salí, tomé aire, pasee, vi a la gente disfrutar, y me tomé una chicha muy rica, aunque le faltó la leche condensada, eh. Al final estuve allá desde 11 am hasta las 8 pm. :o
