Making love in silence

It's rare that I go out for a walk and don't find something interesting. In today's case, I think the strangest thing was two cicadas making love perched on the grass; I had never seen them in the act, nor so close up. I only knew them for the annoying noise they make, but now I know that, paradoxically, they don't make any noise when they make love, because they were completely silent.

Es raro que salga a hacer una caminata y no me encuentre algo interesante. En el caso de hoy, creo que lo más extraño fueron dos cigarras haciendo el amor posadas en la yerba; nunca las había visto en el acto, ni tampoco tan de cerca. Las conocía solo por ese molesto ruido que hacen, ahora sé que paradójicamente haciendo el amor no hacen ruido, porque estaban en completo silencio jjjj
