How I Felt When My Second Mother Was Sicked?

When I was a little boy, I was so lucky that I had two mother figure aside from my biological mother. I saw my great-grandmother and I saw my grandparent too. I am the eldest among grandchildren and I felt being special and loved. It was the best moments in my life having them but when they were gone and my mother figure parent turned sicked,it was so painful that I couldn't almost got over quickly.

My Aunt, the younger sister of my mother stood up like my mother when she went abroad. I slept with her from elementary until she got married. Last few weeks, she came home from the mountain where she is teaching. Along the way home almost near to us, she had a heart attacked. The bus brought her to the hospital and after two hours in her admission, then she messaged me that she was there admitted. It was three in the afternoon tht shocked us. There was a good Samaritan student who was just finished his class and going home when it happened so he offered to stay with my Aunt. I cried how if she dies that time.

I rushed to the hospital where she admitted. I kept myself stronger. When I saw her on the bed.

My Aunt is a fighter, how many times she was so sicked but survived.

I was so sad but grateful tonGod that the driver of the bus save her life.

The bus driver admitted my sister to a private hospital which was the best move since it was the nearest hospital in the city andy Aunt was accommodated perfectly. There is a public hospital but a little distance from where she was succumbed to her heart attacked. She already stopped breathing but still God gave her chance to live ana I know I am one andy kids one of the reasons. She loves us and we are her nearest family living with her together.

The billing was 62 thousand pesos and we only pay 31k after being deducted by the Philhealth. All the rest of the billing , we asked help from DSWD and they gave 15k for the medicine. It's the first time I became responsible going to DSWD and other government agency asking for assistance. I appreciated it and a little light to our health care in the Philippines.
