Bridges
Hi,
As a result of the #Pobphotocontest that @friendlymoose organizes weekly and that on this occasion challenges us to submit our best photograph of bridges, I decided to make a compilation of the bridges that I have photographed in this last year and a half coinciding with my incorporation in #Hive.
Pancha Island (Ribadeo-Galicia-Spain)
The reason for selecting as the first bridge of my monograph the bridge that takes us to the Isla Pancha lighthouse in Ribadeo is because this beautiful place is located just 15 kilometers from the town where I grew up and therefore I have a special affection for it.

My entry to #POBphotocontest organized by @friendlymoose
At the same time, crossing the bridge and from the island, contemplating the mixture of colors that nature gives us with the blue sky, the green of the vegetation, the indigo of the sea and the violet of the flowers of the island is a good mix of colors that even the best painter could not imagine.

Roman Bridge (Monforte de Lemos-Galicia-Spain)
Monforte de Lemos is a small Galician town located between the cities of Lugo and Orense, where tranquility is absolute and as a sign of this one can interact with the ducks resting on the banks of the river Cabe.

On cloudy days a walk along the river bank is a delight to take pictures. On its crystalline waters the whole environment is reflected being the icing on the cake to visit the Roman bridge.

Another place, quiet, very close to the river is a small park with a pond where you can always see duck races. They are not as exciting as the F1 races, but watching the ducklings swim around is good entertainment.

Canal bridges of the Plaza de España of Seville (Seville-Andalucia-Spain)
Seville's Plaza de España is undoubtedly one of the must-see sights one has when visiting this city.

Many visitors rent horse-drawn carriages to tour the city and one of the places where you can rent a ride is in this square.

The particularity of this square is that it has a navigable canal with some of the small boats that can be rented in front of one of the towers.

And it is easy to see tourists navigating the canal under the arches of the bridges along the square.

Roman Bridge of Cordoba (Cordoba-Andalusia-Spain)
Cordoba is known worldwide because in this city is located the great Cathedral-Mezquita of Cordoba, where the combination of Andalusian Arab art is mixed with the later Christian culture. Being from the base of the Roman bridge one of the best places where you can see the great mosque-cathedral.

At the other end of the Roman bridge is another historical building of the city which is the tower of the calahorra and for those of us who like photography, despite the low flow of the Guadalquivir river, to capture the reflection of the bridge is in the water is a good and comforting challenge.

San Juan de Gaztelugatze (Basque Country-Spain)
This enclave on the coast of the Basque Country is better known to fans of Games of Throne as Dragon Rock.

To reach this place you have to make a small route on foot along the cliff. But don't worry, as you will train yourself by taking pictures and the descent is cemented.

Of course, if you want to reach the hermitage at the top, you will have to cross a narrow bridge and then climb a series of stairs that is a real leg-breaker.

If you go on a sunny day, the sunsets from there are beautiful.

I hope you like this post dedicated to bridges and I hope to find more interesting bridges to share soon.
Best regards.

Wow! Some of the beautiful collections...I love the Roman bridge photographs so much 😊
I hesitate which photo to use for the contest.
I always like reflections.
But the photograph of Pancha Island, the lighthouses fall at the intersection of the rule of thirds and the bridge leads me to the points of interest and is one of my favourite photos.
Thanks for your comment.
