[EN] Today I want to share some views from the sunset over Paprocany Lake located in Tychy, in Poland.

This enchanting place is both charming and full of challenges but certainly deserves your attention.

[PL] Dziś chcę się podzielić kilkoma widokami z zachodu słońca nad jeziorem paprocańskim położonym w Tychach.

To magiczne miejsce jest zarówno urocze, jak i pełne wyzwań, ale z pewnością zasługuje na waszą uwagę.

In recent years, the beaches have been extensively renovated and the recreational infrastructure has been modernised and expanded. New bathing beaches, jetties, and cycle paths have been added, which has had a positive impact on the attractiveness of Lake Paprocany as a leisure destination. These investments have attracted even more tourists and residents of the region.

[PL] W ostatnich latach przeprowadzono gruntowne prace remontowe na plażach, a także zmodernizowano i rozbudowano infrastrukturę rekreacyjną. Dodano nowe kąpieliska, pomosty, i ścieżki rowerowe, co pozytywnie wpłynęło na atrakcyjność Jeziora Paprocany jako miejsca do spędzania wolnego czasu. Inwestycje te przyciągnęły jeszcze więcej turystów i mieszkańców regionu.

Around is a beautiful forest, making it the ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and get in touch with nature. You can walk to the hunting lodge. There is somewhere to ride and walk for hours.

[PL] Jego otoczenie to przepiękny las, co sprawia, że jest to idealne miejsce na ucieczkę od miejskiego zgiełku i kontakt z naturą. Można dojść do zameczku myśliwskiego. Jest gdzie jeździć i chodzić na wiele godzin.

There is also one uninteresting aspect. The lake suffers from too little flow and water exchange in the lake, which makes it impossible to swim in it on the hottest days - because blue-green algae bloom. These fountains are supposed to oxygenate the water at least a little, but it still doesn't work perfectly.

[PL] Jest też jeden nieciekawy aspekt. Jezioro boryka się ze zbyt mały przepływem i wymianą wody w tym jeziorze, co sprawia, że w najgorętsze dni nie można się w nim kąpać - bo kwitną sinice. Te fontanny mają choć trochę natlenić wodę, jednak nadal nie działa to idealnie.
