It has been a rainy week, and today the day has been very cloudy since I woke up, I love days like this, I don't know about you but they invite me to reflect, why do I tell you this, because I woke up as they say over there with my left foot, because I didn't take a good position when sleeping and my neck hurts, and I was in a bad mood, but while I was complaining about my pain, I decided to make my morning coffee.

There I was, somewhat bitter because of the pain in my neck and because other things had not gone as I wanted, I had a struggle, I talked to myself and criticized myself for my bitterness, while I am in that struggle, I take my greca to make the coffee, that will cheer me up a little, but among so many thoughts that came to my head, came the one of my dear mother, I remembered that when I was a child she made the coffee in a cloth strainer, well since I have one, I said to myself, I will do it like my mom did! ❤️

I took a pot with enough water for my husband and me, I put a good amount of coffee in it and let it boil there and then I strained it.

While I was waiting I started to look out my window, it was not a splendid day, just clouds loaded with water, and suddenly I saw some cute parakeets fluttering and playing, they looked so happy! and there I came to my senses, I decided that I was not going to hinder the beautiful day that was before my eyes.

Those beautiful birds made me see once again that there are always reasons to spend a good day, sometimes we ourselves with anything sabotage our happiness for things that are not so important, and I said to myself, hey it's not that big of a deal, come on cheer up and live your day with the best smile! 🤗

I went to see how my coffee was going and I brewed it, I had so much time without using this method, the truth is that it was delicious, plus to sweeten I put piloncillo I think it gives a delicious flavor to the coffee.

Once the coffee was ready I encouraged myself to not only have a better day, but also to my life partner, since I made one of his favorite breakfasts, Pancakes! hahahaha, he had gone to do a job and he would arrive, when I get home the first thing I see is a big smile because of course he had his beloved coffee and also accompanied by a great breakfast.

Sometimes we drown in a glass of water and let life pass in complaints and bitterness, I thank God for today, life is a gift and you definitely have to learn to live it, many only learn when they are already in the twilight of their lives.

Well dear friends I say goodbye with a cup of coffee and a delicious breakfast, plus the company of my beloved one.

Ha sido una semana lluviosa, y hoy el día ha estado muy nublado desde que me levanté, amo los días así, no sé ustedes pero a mí me invitan a la reflexión, ¿por qué les digo esto?, porque amanecí como dicen por allí con el pie izquierdo, pues no tomé una buena posición al dormir y mi cuello me duele, y andaba de mal humor, pero mientras me quejaba por mi dolor, decidí poner a hacer el café de la mañana.

Allí estaba yo, algo amargada por el dolor en mi cuello y porque otras cosas no me habían salido como quería, tenía una lucha, hablaba conmigo misma y me criticaba por mi amargura, mientras estoy en esa lucha, tomo mi greca para hacer el café, eso me animará un poco, pero entre tantos pensamientos que vinieron a mi cabeza, vino el de mi querida madre, me acordé que cuando yo era niña ella hacía el café en un colador de tela, bueno ya que tengo uno, me dije, voy a hacerlo como lo hacía mi mamá! ❤️

Tome una olla con Agua suficiente para mi esposo y para mí, le puse una buena cantidad de café y la deje allí que hirviera para luego colarla.

Mientras esperaba me puse a mirar por mi ventana, no hacía un día espléndido solo nubes cargadas de agua, y de repente veo a unos lindos pericos que revoloteaban y jugaban, se veían tan felices! y allí entre en razón, decidí que yo no iba a entorpecer el hermoso día que estaba ante mis ojos.

Esas hermosas aves me hicieron ver una vez más que siempre hay razones para pasar un buen día, a veces nosotros mismos con cualquier cosa saboteamos nuestra felicidad por cosas que no tienen tanta importancia, y me dije, oye no es para tanto, vamos anímate y vive tu día con la mejor sonrisa! 🤗

Me fui a ver cómo iba mí café y lo colé tenía tanto tiempo sin usar este método, la verdad quedo rico, además para endulzar le pongo piloncillo creo que le da un sabor delicioso al café.

Ya listo el café me animé a no solo pasar un mejor día, sino también a mi compañero de vida, ya que hice uno de sus desayunos preferidos, Panquecas! jajajaja, él había ido a hacer un trabajo y ya llegaría, cuando llego a casa lo primero que le veo es una gran sonrisa porque claro tenía su tan amado café y además acompañado de un gran desayuno.

A veces nos ahogamos en un vaso de Agua y dejamos pasar la vida en quejas y amarguras, le doy gracias a Dios por el día de hoy, la vida es un regalo y definitivamente hay que aprenderla a vivir, muchos solo aprenden cuando ya están en el ocaso de sus vidas.

Bueno queridos amigos me despido con una taza de café y con un rico desayuno, además de la compañía de mi amado.
