True False Film Fest
We are known here for the True False Film Festival. With attendance in excess of 50,000 tickets sold, it's well recognized as a top destination for documentary filmmakers. It's often known as the first stop film festival for documentary films that make their way to the prestigious Sundance film festival.
As fate would have it, Insignia Films, a New York based production company contacted me to see if they could hire us to capture photographs of crowd reactions, Q&A, and a later in the evening campfire stories event for one of their films having a world premiere that day. Of course this sounded like fun!
The film premiering was titled "One Last Order" and was the story of a Gainesville, FL drive thru worker at a locally owned restaurant where the owner decided to give the day's proceeds as a going away present to an employee who after 37 years, was retiring from her drive thru window exchanges. How the community from far and wide showed up that day was quite remarkable for this amazing woman.
Here are some photos captured from the world premiere of "One Last Order" and the directors Lauren DeFilippo & Sam Soko. This was a very cool experience!

Oh wow, that is so cool! It looks like you were able to capture some great shots! I hope they were happy with them!
They were happy and have shared some already with their socials as they continue to market the film.
That's good to hear, I can't imagine they wouldn't have been! :)
