Kayla is a beautiful model who I recently worked with at a styled shoot at Foundry 324. We were going for a classic Marilyn Monroe style and I think we captured the mood a bit. These were shot on both Medium format Portra 400 film on the Pentax 645 as well as some 35mm Kodak Gold 200 film on the Olympus OM-1. Both of these focal lengths work out to be close to 50mm full frame equivalent so despite the format size being different, the look comes out similar.

Once again as I've discussed earlier, I'm loving the texture an look that is achieve from film. There is a softness and grit to it that has such character that I'm really enjoying! I'm having a great time exploring these different film stocks and looks while at the same time swallowing the costs $$$$$ (gulp). Quite fun however :)

Thanks Matt! It's a bit more work, but I'm just enjoying the process :)
