Fotos desde mi ventana | Guacamayas de Caracas ESP - ENG

Vivo en la ciudad de Caracas en Venezuela. Una de las particularidades más expectaculares de mi ciudad es la cantidad de guacamayas que hacen vida en los espacios urbanos de Caracas. Las guacamayas son como los perros callejeros del aire, van y comen donde quieren, visitan y se van. Son parte de la identidad de esta ciudad y espero que siempre lo sigan siendo.

Estas fotos las tomé con una cámara Cano 5D Mark III desde la ventana de mi habitación, me hace falta un mejor teleobjetivo para obtener mejores capturas, pero aún así logré sacar estas imágenes que me hacen valorar más a estas pequeñas y hermosas criaturas.

I live in Caracas, Venezuela. One of the most spectacular things about my city is the number of macaws that call the urban spaces of Caracas home. Macaws are like the stray dogs of the sky—they go wherever they want, eat whatever they want, visit, and then fly away. They’re part of this city’s identity, and I hope they always will be.

I took these photos with a Canon 5D Mark III from my bedroom window. I need a better telephoto lens to get better shots, but even so, I managed to capture these images, which make me appreciate these small, beautiful creatures even more.
