The insect was a brown grasshopper perched on a leaf, which caught my attention and prompted me to approach it and take some pictures.

Measuring approximately 3 cm, the grasshopper stood out against the green of the leafy landscape. Its striking color drew my attention and prompted me to take some pictures to share with this beloved community.
