Lost in the Blooming Paradise.šŸ˜

"To whom shall I compare thee?"

The last time I remembered I was drowned in the beauties that surrounded me, if I hadn’t heard the cheers and laughter of the kids, I wouldn’t have remembered that I was in Campuestuhan Mountain Resort. I was so engrossed in these lovely beauties that I felt like I was somewhere paradisical. This is what I felt when I passed the enchanting display of flowers in the corner of the resort resort, I honestly wanted to stay here and linger for more time rather than stroll the rest of the park.

I was after my daughter who excitedly runs and hops going to every Cartoon character we passed by in the park, however, when I passed this flower garden, my eyes were glued to these magnificent blooms! I couldn't take my eyes off them! Huhu. Why are they so incredibly beautiful! They are blooming profusely!

Surprisingly, I couldn’t put the words to describe their unique beauties enough! Aaaahh, my heart is just filled with so much admiration, all thanks to these flowers!

A bomb of beauties!

The group of flowers that really captured my heart were these pompoms of beauties. That was my first time seeing such charming flowers. It’s amazing how these round flowers naturally formed into bouquets on their own adorned by their verdant green leaves. The flowers also look like a group of butterflies clustered together.

It was the first time that I laid my eyes on such kinds of flowers, and I must admit I was completely starstruck by their beauty. While we have flower gardens here in my hometown, unfortunately, we didn’t have these flowers. Seeing them makes our Campustuehan visit special.

IMG20231229145209.jpg

The flowers appeared so magical in their different hues! There were pompoms in shades of pink, purple, light blue, and a mixture of blue and green. Others are a combination of everything, and they just harmoniously blend!

IMG20231229145155.jpg

And I just learned this day, that the these stunning flowers are ā€œMillionsā€. Millions of beauties there are, but my eye is glued only to these flowers. Awwww. The colors I thought were of different variety is wrong. I learned from my co-teacher, that the flower changes colors every time it blossoms! How amazing is that? So, from purple and pink it shifts to different colors until it withers, its last color is the lovely white hue!

Lovely daisies!

The next ones that caught my attention were these fiery ladies. These are the flowers that I often drew in our art class before when I was in elementary grade.! And now here they are before my eyes! Blooming fully and glowing brightly in their radiant color.

IMG20231229145037.jpg

They seemed to be painted by the finest artists. They are a masterpiece!

IMG20231229145052.jpg

Another set of flowers that made my eyes pop ā€œheartsā€ in envy is a group of tiny flowers in red and yellow! These tiny blooms are similar to those artificial flowers I see in malls.

IMG20231229145342.jpg

Spiky yet harmless

Moving on, I glimpse the sight of the cactus. And while the first set of flowers brought out my appreciative side. The cactus made me ponder more of the technical side. Simple questions like what are cacti, their origins, their purpose? And lastly, why are they usually found in deserts or wastelands? Haha funny.

IMG20231229145142.jpg

These are simple questions, that I don’t mind before but now intrigue me. It's not that I haven’t read or seen them, but it's because I simply didn’t notice them before, just only now that they are placed together with the beautiful flowers. Now I realize that these living things are not just green and spiky types of plants. They are uniquely beautiful with their spikes and they stood out!

IMG20231229145132.jpg

As I examined them closely more questions came to mind, such as does it really hurt to touch them? Are they designed to hurt us? Or is it merely their defense mechanism to survive up until now? Haha! The mysteries of the cactus!

As I was about to leave, I caught these tiny, winged creatures in yellow and black enjoying their time hopping from one flower to another! Oh, how lucky they are to sip these magnificent blooms.

IMG20231229145309.jpg

They said bees are loyal. Mhmmm? Loyal to their queen bees. I smiled at my thought, If I were a bee, I’d choose to be the queen not because I like to be served but because of the leadership skill I think I possess. Wait, do queen bees work? Or does she just sit and wait all day?

IMG20231229145302.jpg

IMG20231229145259.jpg

My wander through this beautiful flower garden made me lose my thoughts. How I wish I could bring them home. I just wanted to sit there to relax and stare at these beauties tirelessly. It was only I I realized my daughter was pulling my hand and I snapped back to reality!

IMG20231229145321.jpg

ā€œMama, let’s go!ā€

Oh, I got lost in paradise. I held my daughter’s hand, and we started walking again. I know the pictures of those lovely flowers will linger in my thoughts.

Truly, I was lost in paradise.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR READING!
