👐 The Story of Hands: A Monochrome Journey

Hello friends of PhotoFeed! This time I am entering the Black & White Challenge Round 163. I have always loved this photographic style. I believe black and white allows people to interpret the colors and bring the image to life with their own eyes, without the distraction of real hues.

Another thing I love to capture in the city is hands. I think hands express deep feelings, vibes, and history; we achieve incredible things with them. On my last trip, I tried to capture these two deep shots of an older person's hands clasped behind their back. It was actually quite comical because I ended up getting scolded—it looks a bit suspicious walking behind someone taking close-up photos of their hands! Some people get uncomfortable, but that’s the raw reality of street photography. Everything was shot with my Sigma 24-70mm lens and processed in Lightroom. ¡Hola amigos de PhotoFeed! En esta ocasión estoy postulando al Challenge de Black & White número 163. Siempre me ha encantado este estilo fotográfico. Creo que el blanco y negro permite que la gente pueda interpretar el color y darle vida a la imagen con sus propios ojos, sin la distracción de los tonos reales.

Otra cosa que me gusta mucho capturar en la ciudad son las manos. Creo que las manos expresan muchos sentimientos, vibras e historia; con ellas logramos hacer cosas increíbles. En mi último viaje intenté captar estas dos fotos profundas de las manos de una persona adulta mayor. Fue muy cómico porque me terminaron reprendiendo: ¡es un poco sospechoso estar caminando atrás de alguien tomándole fotos a sus manos! A veces la gente se incomoda, pero esa es la cruda realidad de la fotografía de calle. Todo fue tomado con mi lente Sigma 24-70mm y procesado en Lightroom. ¡Espero que sea de su agrado y espero leer sus comentarios para ver qué opinan de este trabajo!
