Hello PhotoFeed friends! This time I am participating in the Portrait Photography Round 164. Recently, I had the opportunity to attend a photography workshop where I was able to work with a professional model. It was an incredible experience that allowed me to deeply study and put into practice different studio lighting techniques.

For these particular shots, we worked with a classic and elegant lighting setup. We used a large softbox positioned at a 45-degree angle slightly above the model. This creates that beautiful soft light that sculpts her face, leaving a perfect catchlight in her eyes while casting delicate shadows that add volume. Keeping the background dark helped isolate her and add a moody, professional aesthetic to the final result. ¡Hola amigos de PhotoFeed! En esta ocasión participo en el Round 164 de Fotografía de Retrato. Hace poco tuve la oportunidad de asistir a un taller de fotografía donde pude trabajar con una modelo profesional. Fue una experiencia increíble que me permitió estudiar a fondo y poner en práctica diferentes técnicas de iluminación de estudio.

Para estas tomas en particular, trabajamos con un esquema de iluminación clásico y elegante. Utilizamos un softbox grande posicionado en un ángulo de 45 grados y ligeramente por encima de la modelo. Esto crea esa hermosa luz suave que esculpe su rostro, dejando un brillo perfecto en sus ojos mientras proyecta sombras delicadas que añaden volumen. Mantener el fondo oscuro ayudó a aislarla y a darle una estética dramática y profesional al resultado final.
