This photograph was built around a strong backlight, using the silhouette of my dog Cora against the sky to emphasize contrast and emotion. The mountain, clouds, and shifting light helped frame the composition in a minimal yet powerful way.
I aimed to capture that quiet tension between stillness and movement and I’m very grateful that it resonated with you.
