Hello friends of the B&W community! I hope everything is going wonderfully for you. Today, I bring you a series focused on the life of a transit bridge in Lima—a labyrinth that connects our daily lives. I started with a musician who gifted us a melody amidst the vehicular chaos; true heroes are those who bring art to the mess.

I played with different perspectives: a low-angle shot that frames the merchant, the passerby, and the musician; the exhaustion of an elderly man finally conquering the spiral staircase; and the rhythmic lines of the bridge pointing directly toward a street vendor. I also captured the fleeting nature of urban life—the pigeons taking flight, the disconnection of those glued to their phones, and the tactile reality of our commute: a hand clenched into a fist for safety or a relaxed tattooed hand. I hope you enjoy this visual journey through my city. Good vibes to everyone!

¡Hola, amigos de la comunidad en Blanco y Negro! Espero que todo esté saliendo de maravillas. Hoy les traigo una serie sobre la vida en un puente de tránsito en Lima, un laberinto que conecta nuestras rutinas. Inicio con un músico que nos regalaba una melodía en medio del caos; aplausos para ese héroe que trae arte al desorden.

Jugué con perspectivas: una toma al ras del piso que captura al vendedor, a la chica mirando por el puente y al músico de fondo; el agotamiento de un adulto mayor que logra coronar la subida en caracol; y la composición rítmica de las escaleras que dirige la mirada hacia una vendedora con su sombrilla. También documenté la vida urbana: las palomas, la desconexión digital de quienes miran sus celulares, y la realidad física de viajar: un puño cerrado con fuerza por la velocidad o un tatuaje en una mano relajada.
