Hello friends of the community! Here I am once more, bringing you more photographic adventures. Today I encountered the "mamis" everywhere—those typical Andean women in their traditional attire, moving their Andean products throughout the capital. This concrete jungle, the "sauna city," or "Gray Lima"—we also call it "Donkey’s Belly" (Panza de burro), but only in winter. Right now, it feels like hell itself.

I had classes at 7 AM today, and since the professor is very demanding, I have to wake up at 5 AM. I take Kora out, feed her, come back to have breakfast, shower, and head out. If I leave at 6:30 AM, even though it's very close, I won't make it. I have to be out by 6:15 AM simply because it seems everyone agrees to be on the road by 6:30 AM, and the traffic becomes infernal.

That's life, my friends. A bit of art and these glances on the bus... I love those framings. That’s why my main photo today is that one: when amidst all the chaos of the bus, a gaze emerges from the sea of bodies and looks directly at you. The art of composing in the middle of chaos is an exercise I am finding more and more pleasure in every day.

¡Hola amigos de la comunidad! Un día más por acá, trayéndoles más aventuras fotográficas. Hoy me encontré con las "mamis" por todos lados: esas típicas mujeres andinas con sus trajes tradicionales moviendo sus productos andinos por toda la capital. Esta jungla de cemento, la "ciudad sauna", o "Lima la Gris". También la llamamos "Panza de burro", pero solo en invierno; ahora mismo parece el infierno mismo.

Hoy tenía clases a las 7 AM y, como el profesor es exigente, tengo que pararme a las 5 AM para sacar a Kora, alimentarla, regresar a desayunar, bañarme y salir. Si salgo a las 6:30 AM, así esté muy cerca, no llego. Tengo que salir sí o sí a las 6:15 AM, y es que parece que todos se ponen de acuerdo a las 6:30 AM y el tráfico se pone infernal.

Así es, mis amigos. Un poco de arte y esas miradas en el bus... me encantan esos framings. Por eso esa es mi foto principal: cuando dentro de todo el caos del bus, una mirada sale entre el mar de cuerpos y se dirige directamente a ti. El arte de componer en medio del caos es un ejercicio al que cada día le estoy cogiendo más placer.
