This is the tower I always see from my house, from below. Today I decided to reach it, and once there I discovered another tower right behind. I took advantage of that view to capture a perspective I hadn’t imagined at first.

My original plan was different, but in the end this one became the winning photo for me. Black and white gave it more strength, highlighting the lines and contrast with the sky, making everything fit in a single instant.

Esta es la torre que siempre veo desde mi casa, desde abajo. Hoy me decidí llegar hasta ella, y al estar ahí descubrí que había otra más atrás. Aproveché ese hallazgo para tomar una perspectiva que no había imaginado al inicio.

Mi idea era otra, pero al final esta se convirtió en la foto ganadora para mí. El blanco y negro le dio mayor fuerza, resaltando las líneas y el contraste con el cielo, haciendo que todo encaje en un solo instante.
