Hello, my dear friends from the Black and White community.
My trek to the Misminay community was, in a way, a failure. I didn't find what I was looking for, and arriving in the rain to find a "ghost town" was disheartening. However, I always try to look at the positive side: dreamlike landscapes and incredibly kind locals along the way. At first, they look at you like a "weirdo" for walking paths meant only for those who live there it's not common to see a stranger on footbut their curiosity soon turns into warmth.
On the road, you encounter adobe houses and lands being prepared for cultivation or already blooming. Seeing people working their soil makes you realize that even when plans change, every step is worth its weight in gold. Sometimes, you have to turn the situation around; the original plan failed, but I found something better: the raw, silent essence of the Andes. I will be showing you these incredible finds in the coming days.

Hola mis queridos amigos de la comunidad Blanco y Negro.
Mi caminata a la comunidad de Misminay fue, en realidad, un fracaso. No encontré lo que buscaba y fue triste caminar kilómetros para encontrarme con un "pueblo fantasma" bajo la lluvia. Pero siempre hay que ver lo positivo: paisajes de ensueño y locales súper amorosos en el camino. Aunque al principio te ven como un "bicho raro" por andar en esos caminos que solo usan los residentes, esa curiosidad es parte de la experiencia.
En el trayecto te encuentras con casitas de adobe y tierras preparadas para el cultivo. Ver a la gente trabajando su tierra son cosas únicas que hacen que cada paso valga oro, incluso cuando el plan original falla. Hay que darle la vuelta a la situación; los planes cambian, pero siempre hay algo mejor, y encontré cosas increíbles que ya les iré mostrando con el pasar de los días.
