Today I woke up facing some health challenges. It has been a complicated morning, and although I wanted to continue with my daily work and storytelling, my energy levels are not where they need to be. I value our connection and my daily commitment to this community, but today I must listen to my body to recover. I hope to be back tomorrow with the stories and photographs I’m used to sharing with you. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Hoy me desperté con la salud muy quebrantada. Ha sido una mañana complicada y, aunque no quería dejar de lado mi trabajo diario y las historias que comparto con ustedes, las fuerzas no me acompañan hoy. Valoro mucho nuestra relación y mi compromiso diario, pero hoy debo priorizar la recuperación para poder seguir adelante.
