Un placer volver por acá después de un tiempo a Makeup Power aunque me hubiera encantado participar un poco más en sus dinámicas por cuestiones de tiempo he estado ausente. Sin embargo mi pasión por el maquillaje sigue intacta y hoy les comparto el paso a paso de este terrorífico maquillaje sobre un cienpiés (a los cuales les tengo miedo) y aunque no es halloween fué una idea algo original y fácil que se me vino a la mente y la hice realidad ayer después de tanto tiempo sin realizar algún look. Es más sencillo de lo que parece solo son trazos precisos en los lugares correctos así que les muestro el paso a paso.

It's a pleasure to be back here after a while to Makeup Power although I would have loved to participate a little more in its dynamics due to time constraints I've been absent. However my passion for makeup is still intact and today I share with you the step by step of this terrifying makeup on a centipede (which I am afraid of) and although it is not halloween it was a somewhat original and easy idea that came to my mind and I did it yesterday after so long without doing any look. It's easier than it looks, just precise strokes in the right places so I show you the step by step.
Empezamos por la piel, lo ideal es prepararla con algún tónico astringente si eres de piel grasa e hidratante si eres de piel seca, lo importante es usar un gel o crema hidratante luego de esto, seguimos por las cejas con un poco de pomada o un poco de sombra según el gusto. Aplicaremos base en todo el rostro exepto la zona de las ojeras para evitar el exceso de producto, si tienes ojeras oscuras es necesario usar un corrector de subtono naranja y luego sobre este iluminar con un corrector un poco más claro. Para dar dimensiones al rostro vamos a contornear en crema y aplicamos rubor igual en crema, antes de sellar la piel los mismos productos los aplicaremos en polvo, es decir el rubor y el contorno.
We start with the skin, the ideal is to prepare it with an astringent tonic if you have oily skin and moisturizer if you have dry skin, the important thing is to use a gel or moisturizer after this, we continue with the eyebrows with a little pomade or a little shadow according to taste. We will apply foundation all over the face except the area of the dark circles to avoid excess product, if you have dark circles it is necessary to use a concealer with an orange undertone and then lighten it with a slightly lighter concealer. To give dimension to the face we will contour in cream and apply the same blush in cream, before sealing the skin we will apply the same products in powder, that is to say the blush and the contour.
Sellamos muy bien la piel con polvo compacto o suelto. Suelto para las ojeras y compacto para el resto del rostro y comenzamos a hacer el boceto del cienpiés, en realidad no lo hice en blanco porque luego opaca el color negro y las líneas quedan algo grises, así que usé solo delineador en gel negro haciendo una figura que atravesara a lo largo de mi rostro de forma vertical, pasando por el párpado y subiendo hasta la ceja. Eso lo vamos a rellenar con el mismo gel que luego sellaremos con sombra negra para que no se vea brilloso y le haremos las patitas al insecto un poco desordenadas dando trazos rápidos para que se ven un poco más finos. Y con delineador blanco simularemos un poco de luz en el dibujo.
We seal the skin very well with compact or loose powder. Loose for the dark circles and compact for the rest of the face and we begin to make the sketch of the centipede, actually I didn't do it in white because then it dulls the black color and the lines are somewhat gray, so I used only black gel eyeliner making a figure that crossed the length of my face vertically, passing through the eyelid and going up to the eyebrow. We are going to fill it with the same gel and then we will seal it with black shadow so it doesn't look shiny and we will make the legs of the insect a little messy giving quick strokes so they look a little thinner. And with white eyeliner we will simulate a little light in the drawing.
Y listo amigos, para finalizar agregué un labial rojo y sombra café en las patitas del insecto para crear un poco de dimensión así que aunque es un maquillaje bastante random 😂 me gustó mucho y es una temática algo distinta. Le tengo pavor a estos insectos y eso quería lograr con este maquillaje, que cause un impacto pero al fin y al cabo es solo maquillaje y es lo increíble 🖤
And ready friends, to finish I added a red lipstick and brown shadow on the legs of the insect to create a little dimension so even though it's a pretty random makeup 😂 I really liked it and it's a different theme. I'm terrified of these insects and that's what I wanted to achieve with this makeup, make an impact but at the end of the day it's just makeup and that's the awesome thing 🖤.
