Palazzo Madama, the place you don't expect

Hello friends, I've been absent for a bit because I've been on other interesting trips and I've taken other very interesting photos that I'll share here with you always, meanwhile today I wanted to tell you about another interesting palace that I visited when I was in Turin, it's Palazzo Madama which actually started out as Porta Romana then became a sort of castle and in the end it was the first seat of the Kingdom of Italy but today it houses an interesting museum that I was able to visit because it was included in the Turin-card

Yes, because since 1934 it has hosted this museum where there are many paintings, sculptures but also gold and silver coins, even if I found it a somewhat old museum, that this museum has never evolved over the years, however let's say that the visit was interesting enough, for goodness sake not to waste too many hours inside.

I saw some important collections of ceramics that I didn't even know existed, but in my opinion the most interesting thing is that you can go up to the top floor of this building and see a beautiful view of the entire city of Turin. Let's say that this was the most interesting thing about this experience which actually costs €10 and the building is generally open from 10:00 to 18:00 except on Tuesdays, but if you followed me and got the Torino card you can enter this museum for free.

I was also lucky because at that moment there was a small exhibition with a painting that came directly from Holland by Vermeer, I thought Who knows what work it was actually a very small work because in any case he was an artist who never did big things but still very beautiful because it explained a little of the whole story behind this painting.
