I'm accompanying my aunt to Lourdes

Hello friends, for the first time I have been to Lourdes, because I had to accompany my aunt on this pilgrimage of a few days in one of the most visited places in the world for Catholics, which is Lourdes and is located in the French Pyrenees.
My aunt practically goes there every year, usually she arranges to go alone but this year having become quite old I wanted to accompany her and so for the first time I looked at this place of Faith, not being a super believer, but more than anything I went there out of curiosity and I must say that this place actually welcomes millions of Faithful and I discovered that there were more apparitions there in 1858 so the history of this sanctuary is really long.

I must say, I was also struck by the size of this sanctuary which was written that it covered 51 hectares and is divided into several places with basilicas to host the immense faithful and pools for ritual baths which technically they say lead to miracles.
Actually, my aunt goes there simply to pray and to bring home some religious souvenirs, but she doesn't go there to swim, also because it's cold now, but she doesn't expressly believe in those things anyway.

As I told you, I went mostly out of curiosity and to see these places from an artistic point of view, and they say that more or less 4 million visitors participate in the processions and visit this place. I must say that when you leave these places you remain a bit stunned and you ask yourself questions for a while and so I found it a fairly interesting place but I don't know if I would go back.
