Of course @dswigle would be the authority on it. However, I do believe it is a lily. My mom had them around the side of the house. I always favored them as they took little car and were always blooming as opposed to other flowers that needed endless fussing over lol.

It is a daylily and a pretty one at that! I didn't find your post right away, but, got it and reposted it. Sorry about that!

We used to call them ditch lilies as we would find them growing wild in the fields, usually where there was a little extra moisture. (usually a ditch) :))
