Zde jen několik letopočtů důležitých pro klášter, jak jsem je načerpal z české Wikipedie:
1263 – rok založení českým králem Přemyslem Otakarem II.
1276 – zničen jihočeským panským rodem Vítkovců.
1291 – rok obnovení.
1354 – vyhořel. Na jeho obnově se podílel i kameník Michael Parléř.
1420 – dvakrát vypálen husitskými vojsky.
1785 – byl klášter výnosem císaře Josefa II zrušen.
