En Caracas- Venezuela, cerca de donde vivo, existe un parque donde he interactuado, se puede decir desde mi adolescencia y no es otro que el Parque Calvario, llamado también después Parque Ezequiel Zamora. Se encuentra ubicado específicamente en el casco central de la ciudad, en la urbanización El Silencio, cerca de las estaciones de metro El Silencio y Capitolio, cerca también del liceo “Fermín Toro”, en el municipio Libertador. Hay diferentes puntos de acceso; por su parte frontal, que son las escalinatas, se diría el acceso principal y otros adyacentes al parque que están internamente.

En mi caso me queda perfecto porque puedo llegar caminando por uno de los accesos que dan a la parroquia 23 de Enero. En él puedes encontrar la naturaleza en pleno, muchos árboles, excelentes miradores hacia la ciudad, combinado con una arquitectura, de tipo gótico y que puedes apreciar en su capilla de Nuestra Señora de Lourdes y por todos los espacios; tiene unas bellas caminerías donde puedes ir con tus mascotas y dar un paseo, también hay diferentes actividades dentro del parque, prácticas de yoga, karate o de ejercicios guiados.

También hay un parque infantil, donde los niños pueden jugar libremente en medio de un ambiente natural. Cuentan con una cafetería donde puedes hacer una pausa y disfrutar de un buen café, jugos, desayunos. Tienen una biblioteca abierta al público para tu disfrute. En mi caso, visito hoy día este lugar cuando quiero hacer algo de ejercicio dando una buena caminata por todos sus espacios, deteniéndome de vez en vez a admirar mi hermosa ciudad, ya que desde allí tengo una vista bastante completa y hermosa. ¡Bendiciones 🙏!

In it you can find nature in full, many trees, excellent viewpoints towards the city, combined with an architecture, Gothic type and that you can appreciate in the chapel of Our Lady of Lourdes and all the spaces; it has beautiful walkways where you can go with your pets and take a walk, there are also different activities within the park, yoga, karate or guided exercises.

There is also a playground, where children can play freely in the middle of a natural environment. They have a cafeteria where you can take a break and enjoy a good coffee, juices, breakfast. They have a library open to the public for your enjoyment. In my case, I visit this place nowadays when I want to do some exercise taking a good walk through all its spaces, stopping from time to time to admire my beautiful city, since from there I have a quite complete and beautiful view. blessings 🙏!
