Przed południem wybraliśmy się na zakupy – tym razem to ja chciałem kupić sobie buty i jakieś spodnie. Myślałem o dresowych, bo by mi się przydały, ale nie znalazłem takich, które by mi odpowiadały, więc kupiłem zwykłe. Buty też udało się dorwać. Ponieważ te zakupy były skoncentrowane na mnie, nie spędziliśmy tam całego dnia, dzięki czemu zdążyłem jeszcze na popołudniowe bieganie.

[ENG] We went shopping before noon; this time I was the one looking for new shoes and some trousers. I was thinking about sweatpants, as I could really use a pair, but I didn't find any that I liked, so I bought regular trousers instead. I managed to get the shoes as well. Since the shopping trip was focused on me, we didn't spend the whole day there, so I made it back in time for an afternoon run.

Przez te wszystkie ostatnie wyjazdy musiałem pozmieniać kolejność treningów w planie: bieg tempowy przełożyłem na sobotę lub niedzielę, a dłuższy bieg na piątek. W weekend będę w pracy, więc długi wybieg może być wyzwaniem, stąd konieczność zmian. Dziś natomiast zrobiłem spokojny bieg zgodnie z planem. Pogoda nadal nas rozpieszcza, więc nogi niosły mnie same.

[ENG] Because of all those recent trips, I had to rearrange the order of the workouts in my training plan. I moved the tempo run to Saturday or Sunday and the long run to Friday. I’ll be at work over the weekend, so a long run might be a problem then—hence the need for the change. Today, however, I did a recovery run as planned. The weather continues to spoil us, so my legs felt light and carried me effortlessly.
