Powrót do pracy – tym razem na ostatnie dniówki i nocki w tym tygodniu. Jak zwykle ciężko było przestawić się na konieczność wczesnego wstawania. Pocieszające jest to, że to tylko dwa dni, ale zawsze towarzyszy mi obawa, żebym nie zaspał.
[ENG] Back to work—this time for the final day and night shifts of the week. As always, it was hard to adjust to waking up early. It's comforting that it's only for two days, but there's always that fear of oversleeping.
Wczorajsze blisko 60 kilometrów na rowerze dało o sobie znać podczas treningu biegowego. Wydawało mi się, że 6 kilometrów w spokojnym tempie będzie bardzo łatwym zadaniem, ale zmęczone nogi przypominały o sobie na każdym kroku. Na dodatek było znacznie chłodniej niż dzień wcześniej i przez pewien czas musiałem zmagać się z zimnym, przeciwnym wiatrem. Mimo tych wszystkich przeciwności wykonałem zadany trening w stu procentach.
[ENG] Yesterday's nearly 60 kilometers on the bike made itself felt during my running session. I thought 6 kilometers at a relaxed pace would be an easy task, but my tired legs kept reminding me of the effort. On top of that, it was much colder than the day before, and I had to battle a cold headwind for a while. Despite all these obstacles, I completed the assigned workout 100%.
