Zwykły czwartek, a roboty tyle, że czułem się jak w piątek. Od rana do przerwy na lunch telefon za telefonem, co w sumie było dobre, bo czas szybko minął. Po przerwie się uspokoiło i miałem więcej czasu na ogarnięcie innych spraw. Skoro czwartek był taki, to ciekawe, jaki będzie piątkowy poranek. Zobaczymy.

[ENG] Just an ordinary Thursday, but so much work that it felt like a Friday. From morning until the lunch break, it was one phone call after another, which was good in a way, because the time passed quickly. After the break, things calmed down, and I had more time to catch up on other matters. If Thursday was like that, I wonder what Friday morning will be like. We'll see.

Wczoraj miałem w planie biegowym „Tempo Run”, czyli jeden z tych treningów, które postanowiłem zachować z wirtualnego planu treningowego. Tego typu biegi interwałowe dają mi wiele radości i satysfakcji, kiedy je ukończę. Nawet najkrótsze odcinki szybszego biegu pozwalają wzmocnić się i poprawić tempo. Tym razem były to trzy pięciominutowe fragmenty, w których tempo biegu miało być szybsze. Plan zakładał 5:55 min/km, ale ja pobiegłem je w okolicach 5:30 min/km. Jeden z nich tak wypadł, że biegłem akurat pod górkę.

[ENG] Yesterday, I had a "Tempo Run" on my training plan, which is one of those workouts I decided to keep from the virtual training plan. Interval runs of this type give me a lot of joy and satisfaction when I complete them. Even the shortest segments of faster running help to build strength and improve pace. This time, it consisted of three five-minute segments where the pace was supposed to be faster. The plan called for a 5:55 min/km pace, but I ran them at around 5:30 min/km. One of them happened to be on an uphill section.

W tym tygodniu mam w planie jeszcze jeden podobny trening, ale nie wiem, czy nie przełożę go na przyszły tydzień.

[ENG] I have another similar workout planned for this week, but I'm not sure if I won't postpone it until next week.

    This actifit consist of two days, Thursday and Friday. Some days we are face with a lot of tasks, just as it came up on Thursday, but it's was interesting as you enjoy the tempo run on Friday.
