Nocna zmiana zwykle oznacza nocne ćwiczenia i nie inaczej było poprzedniej nocy. Upały z ostatnich dni wyssały ze mnie sporo energii, dlatego zrezygnowałem z przerzucania ciężarów na rzecz ćwiczeń ogólnorozwojowych. Na początek spędziłem około 20 minut na orbitreku, a następnie przez pół godziny wykonywałem kilka serii różnych ćwiczeń HIIT. Odpoczynek ograniczyłem do absolutnego minimum: 30 sekund między kolejnymi seriami. Jak zwykle proste ćwiczenia wykonywane w takim tempie trochę mnie zmęczyły, ale cieszę się, że wykonałem wszystkie zaplanowane serie.

[ENG] A night shift usually means a night workout, and last night was no different. The heat over the last few days has drained a lot of energy out of me, so I gave up lifting weights in favor of general fitness exercises. To start, I spent about 20 minutes on the elliptical, followed by half an hour of doing several sets of various HIIT exercises. I limited my rest to an absolute minimum: 30 seconds between sets. As usual, the simple exercises performed at such a pace tired me out a bit, but I'm glad I completed all the planned sets.

W czwartek upał zelżał. Okazuje się, że 25 stopni może być całkiem fajne, szczególnie po kilku dniach, kiedy temperatura była wyższa o ponad 10 stopni. Do wykonania miałem tempowy trening biegowy. Pomyślałem, że las powinien idealnie się nadawać do tego celu. Było bardzo przyjemnie, ale nie wiem, czy przekonam się do regularnych treningów po leśnych ścieżkach. Wiem, że jest to korzystniejsze dla moich stawów, ale lata biegania po asfalcie sprawiły, że przyzwyczaiłem się do twardego podłoża.

[ENG] On Thursday, the heat subsided. It turns out that 25 degrees Celsius can be quite nice, especially after a few days when the temperature was more than 10 degrees higher. I had a tempo run to complete. I thought the forest would be perfectly suited for this purpose. It was very pleasant, but I don't know if I'll be convinced to train regularly on forest paths. I know it's better for my joints, but years of running on asphalt have made me accustomed to hard surfaces.

Good morning, those are great shots from the forest route. Heat isn't that much for us, I know it's good for a bit of day's, but when it's too much, it gets us feel not good, personally, I don't like heat that much. Nevertheless, it's interesting that despite the heat, you nailed the activities. Have a wonderful day ahead.
