Wczoraj na przekór wszystkiemu chciałem zrobić trening przed południem, kiedy nie było jeszcze tak gorąco. Wygrało jednak poczucie obowiązku, bo czekała na mnie sterta prasowania, a nie miałem opcji przełożenia tego na inny dzień. Z tego względu najpierw poprasowałem wszystkie ubrania, a dopiero wieczorem wyszedłem na trening.

[ENG] Yesterday, despite my best intentions, I wanted to do my workout before noon when it wasn't so hot yet. However, a sense of duty won out because a pile of ironing was waiting for me, and I couldn't postpone it to another day. For that reason, I ironed all the clothes first and didn't go out for my workout until the evening.

Nie wiadomo dlaczego, ubzdurało mi się, że w planie jest kolejny spokojny bieg w drugim zakresie, ale kiedy wyszedłem na trening, okazało się, że czeka mnie „Tempo Run”. Bardzo mnie to ucieszyło, bo bieg w czwartym zakresie jest dla mnie mniej męczący. Tempo w okolicach 6 min/km jest dla mnie optymalne, więc nie miałem najmniejszego problemu z wykonaniem zadania. Co więcej, na koniec dołożyłem jeszcze dwa kilometry w swobodnym tempie.

[ENG] For some reason, I got it into my head that the plan was for another easy run in zone two, but when I went out for the workout, it turned out I had a "Tempo Run" scheduled. I was very happy about this because I find a run in zone four less tiring. A pace around 6 min/km is optimal for me, so I had no problem at all completing the task. What's more, I added another two kilometers at an easy pace at the end.
