Ostatniej nocy pewniej poszedłem na przerwę, wiedząc, że problemy z elektrozamkiem wreszcie się skończyły i będę mógł wejść na siłownię nawet w środku nocy. Po krótkiej rozgrzewce na bieżni przystąpiłem do treningu siłowego. Na początek kilka serii na nogi, a później na ręce. Przez całą środę odczuwałem zakwasy po tych ćwiczeniach. Na koniec, zanim wróciłem do pracy, przez pół godziny poćwiczyłem jeszcze na orbitreku.

[ENG] Last night, I went on my break more confidently, knowing that the problems with the electric lock were finally over and I would be able to get into the gym even in the middle of the night. After a short warm-up on the treadmill, I started my strength training. To begin, a few sets for my legs, and then for my arms. Throughout Wednesday, I felt sore from these exercises. Finally, before I went back to work, I exercised on the elliptical trainer for another half an hour.

Po odespaniu nocnej zmiany wciąż czułem zmęczenie. Z jednej strony chciałem odpocząć i spędzić popołudnie dość spokojnie, ale z drugiej wiedziałem, że w czwartek trudno mi będzie znaleźć czas na bieganie. Dlatego, pomimo zakwasów, wyszedłem potruchtać. Byłem zdeterminowany, aby zrobić jak najkrótszą pętlę wokół osiedla i początkowo wszystko na to wskazywało. Jednak z każdym kolejnym krokiem zmęczenie ustępowało, a ja czerpałem coraz większą radość z biegania. W związku z tym zmieniłem plan i ostatecznie skończyło się na nieco dłuższej trasie.

[ENG] After sleeping off the night shift, I still felt tired. On the one hand, I wanted to rest and spend the afternoon quite calmly, but on the other hand, I knew it would be difficult for me to find time for a run on Thursday. Therefore, despite the muscle soreness, I went out for a jog. I was determined to do the shortest possible loop around the estate, and initially, everything pointed to that. However, with each subsequent step, the fatigue subsided, and I derived more and more joy from running. Consequently, I changed my plan, and it ended up being a slightly longer route.
