Wczoraj wyszedłem na trening kwadrans później niż dzień wcześniej i wystarczyło to, żeby uniknąć tłumów w szatni. Przed wyjściem na trening czułem się jak ten słoń, którego spotkaliśmy w zeszłym roku w parku w Edynburgu. Sprawdziłem, co zaplanował dla mnie Garmin i ucieszyłem się, że było to tylko 34 minuty spokojnego biegu. Postanowiłem dopasować się do zaleceń wirtualnego trenera i zacząłem spokojnie. Już na drugim kilometrze wróciły mi siły witalne.

[ENG] Yesterday, I went out for my workout a quarter of an hour later than the day before, and that was enough to avoid the crowds in the locker room. Before heading out for the run, I felt like that elephant we saw last year in the park in Edinburgh. I checked what Garmin had planned for me and was pleased to see it was only 34 minutes of easy running. I decided to follow the virtual coach's recommendations and started out slowly. My energy returned by the second kilometer.

Każdy kolejny kilometr był coraz łatwiejszy, zmęczenie zniknęło, a ja przyśpieszałem. Pogoda się pogorszyła w stosunku do środy, przez to mniej było ludzi na ścieżce wokół bazy. Nie musiałem przed nikim uciekać, ani nikogo gonić, bo kilku biegaczy, których spotkałem, biegło w przeciwnym kierunku. Pierwszy kilometr przebiegłem w 6:05 min/km, a ostatni 5:40 min/km.

[ENG] Each subsequent kilometer felt easier, the fatigue disappeared, and I picked up the pace. The weather had worsened compared to Wednesday, so there were fewer people on the path around the base. I didn't have to dodge anyone or chase anyone, as the few runners I encountered were going in the opposite direction. I ran the first kilometer in 6:05 min/km, and the last one in 5:40 min/km.
