My Activity Blog 2024#009 - Jan 09
Wczoraj był aktywny dzień, a wcale się tak nie zapowiadał. Wróciły bezsenne noce i znów na krótko zasnąłem, przebudziłem się i dwie godziny spędziłem na czytaniu książki, pewnie byłoby więcej, ale książka się skończyła. Teraz mam jeszcze kilka nocek w pracy, ale od soboty mam parę dni wolnego i zobaczę, jak to będzie z tym spaniem.
[ENG] Yesterday was an active day, and it didn't look like it was going to be that way. The sleepless nights returned, and I fell asleep again for a short while, woke up and spent two hours reading the book, there would probably be more, but the book ended. Now I have a few more nights at work, but from Saturday I have a few days off, and I'll see how it goes with sleeping.
Temperatura na lekkim minusie, ale bardzo słonecznie. Postanowiłem skorzystać z ładnej pogody i pobiegać. Minimum, czyli pięć kilometrów zrobione bez problemu, tempo byłoby jeszcze lepsze, gdyby nie telefon od córki w trakcie biegu.
[ENG] The temperature is slightly below zero, but very sunny. I decided to take advantage of the nice weather and go for a run. The minimum, i.e. five kilometres, was completed without any problems, the pace would have been even better if not for a phone call from my daughter during the run.
Wieczorem tradycyjnie wyszedłem z pracy na przerwę. Siłownia pękała w szwach, zdecydowanie w grudniu tak nie było. Orbitreki były zajęte, to przeprosiłem się z rowerem stacjonarnym, ale to tylko na rozgrzewkę, bo po 20 minutach poszedłem do sali tortur ćwiczeń wykonać zadany na wczoraj zestaw ćwiczeń. Tak się złożyło, że wszystko było na dolne partie.
[ENG] In the evening, I traditionally left work for a break. The gym was bursting at the seams, this was definitely not the case in December. The elliptical trainers were occupied, so I excused myself to the stationary bike, but it was only to warm up because after 20 minutes I went to the
tortureexercise room to do the set of exercises assigned for yesterday. It so happened that everything was for the lower parts.
