Wczoraj wpadła mi extra zmianka, w sumie to nawet ucieszyłem się, gdyż brakuje mi trochę godzin do wypracowania normy. W pracy było w sam raz, przez cały dzień coś się działo nie mogłem narzekać na nudę. Był nawet czas na żarty z tureckiego kolegi. Na lunch żona mi przygotowała pojemnik z gulaszem, a do tego miałem surówkę z kiszonej kapusty. Podgrzałem gulasz w mikrofali i przyniosłem do biurka, obok siedział Turek, nie wiem, czy zorientował się co mam w pojemniku, ale postanowiłem mu pomóc. Wysypałem surówkę na ten gulasz i mówię do niego, że z szacunku do niego schowam "świnkę" pod surówką. Wtedy dopiero odskoczył jak oparzony :) Ale wszystkie te żarty były w granicach przyzwoitości i z sympatii do niego.

[ENG] Yesterday I got an extra shift. I was even glad as I am a little short of hours to work out the norm. At work, it was just right. Something was going on all day. I couldn't complain about being bored. There was even time for jokes with a Turkish colleague. My wife prepared a container of goulash for me for lunch, and I had a salad of sauerkraut. I heated my lunch in the microwave and brought it to my desk. The Turk was sitting next to me, I wondered if he realised what I had in the container, but I decided to help him. I split the salad on top of this stew and said I would hide the 'pig' under the salad out of respect for him. That's when he just jumped back like he was scalded :) But all these jokes were within the bounds of decency and out of sympathy for him.

Wcześniej w ramach przerwy poszedłem na siłownię. Na zewnątrz typowa belgijska pogoda, czyli cały dzień padało i wiało. Chciałem zacząć od ergometru wioślarskiego, ale po "wioślarzach" zostało tylko puste miejsce. Zrobiłem sobie trening interwałowy na rowerze stacjonarnym. Fajny program znalazłem, bo ustawia się tętno regeneracyjne i tętno maksymalne, a później wystarczy tylko pedałować, bo rower sam dostosowuje obciążenie według pożądanego tętna.

[ENG] I went to the gym as part of my break. Outside, typical Belgian weather, meaning it was raining and windy all day. I wanted to start on the rowing ergometer, but only a space left after the 'rowers'. I did my interval training on the stationary bike. I found an excellent programme because you set a recovery heart rate and a maximum heart rate, then pedal. After all, the cycle adjusts the load according to the desired heart rate.
