Hey! My favorite bird of all time. You have a great memory, everything was spot on. I really enjoy hunting these birds but also eating them. Someday I'll share my best recipe here on a video. I have seen MASSIVE piles of pheasant nuggets disappear at a party in Nebraska or Kansas very quick.

What's happening, long time no talk. Your reply makes me think that I'm not loosing my memory, or as my wife puts it maybe I do have a selective memory.
We don't see too many of them, but this area is known for turkey hunting.
We spot them often and at times there're over 30 in a flock.
Once you post your recipe you may have to send me a pheasant so I can give it a go.
Pheasant nuggets, it can't get any better than that.
