My Italian lizards entry round 26
I am in Italy so wildlife is small. Here in the area and in my parents'garden and also on our terrace you see a lot of salamanders or lizards living their best life in the sun.
Those green runners are very fast, but every now and then I managed to photograph them. They are of course afraid of us because we are huge. But if you sit very still and they don't notice you right away, it's nice to observe them, and snap a picture!

Those are all lizards. Salamanders are amphibious, lizards are reptiles, big difference! Nice pictures though

They are small and everywhere the kids love it , in Holland we don’t see them, so perfect to photograph
Ahh they probably don't like the weather up in Holland
They live here too. If you accidentally step on its tail, it falls off in fear, but later it grows a new tail. 😎
Nice pictures, growing hope we were told the Salamanders are dangerous so we dear not move close to it, moreover they are so fast and move with the speed of light, you must have been so patient to capture those pictures.
