Murano Glass from Venice Italy

Today I thought about Venice when I wore my two pink rings I got when we were shopping there.

In Venice you have the Murano glass industry. Venice is know for its beautiful coloured glass and all the shops when you can buy jewels but also house gifts, vases, lamps, art , beads and snowcones. There are also pendants and bracelets. The walls all are full of them. The glass has vaines of color and also many colors are mixed in the patterns.
There are very many shops and every time my eye fell to the bigger snake like glass rings. It’s glass so they are not that expensive. € 7.50 - € 9.50 euro. I spent much time choosing the nicest ones and also looked at earrings. The colors made me happy!

I bought a light purple one and a pink one.
Again the Murano glass is very well know and famous, and also a must see when you come to Venice. The island Murano is well known and from the city of Venice there are many possibilities to go to the island and see how it’s made. We did not go we just toured the city and enjoyed all that Venice has to offer.

The shops all are very inviting and the art is a great gift or souvenir from Italy. Back to my lovely choices. I was so happy with them and will for sure next time see if I can buy some for my girlfriends.

Remember that they are made from glass. Now imagine that I wear them proudly , one left one right. Now see me finding a musquito in the room. Now there would have been no problem but I jumped the gun and as a reflex I killed the mosquito 🦟
But I also clashed my sweet chosen rings. Because of the hard clap against eachother I broke both of them. Sad but true. Glass is not to be used for mosquitoes unfortunately.
The memory and the pictures are good but next year when I go to Italy I will for sure go back and buy new ones. I loved wearing them and found them so special it’s a must next year.
