WINDY MORNING IN THE BAY OF LIZNJAN
The wind was pretty strong and windsurfers were speeding in the rough sea outside the harbor.
The kites were flying and the hood of my friend's jacket was fluttering ...
... but the boats in the harbor which is the most sheltered part of the bay were relatively quiet.
In one of the shallow inlets, the boats were almost motionless.
Some boats were stranded on the dock for repairs. Those were seriously still.
This one is mounted on the old rusted cart used for transporting the smaller boats in and out of the water.
The pretty big inflatable boat shown in this photograph caught my attention for its unusually elongated shape with the small cabin and because of its size. Haven't seen many boats of this type in the area.
This small fishing boat also has a fairly unique design. I mean, unique maybe isn't the right word. Similar boats can be seen around but this one has a bit of its own personality.
Here you can see the white tables and benches of a small beach restaurant or beach bar near the harbor. Liznjan's harbor is small and unpolluted so the beach is practically part of it.

Earlier today, I drove a couple of kilometers to take a walk and get some fresh salty air in the harbor of the village called Liznjan. I visit that place on a regular basis, at least a couple of times a week. This, of course, means that I have already published many posts about the harbor and the area around it. With many posts set in the same place, a bit of repetition is inevitable, but each visit brings something new, so the repetition is kinda minimal. Hope you'll enjoy the windy morning in the bay.
