A QUICK WALK THROUGH MY HOMETOWN (With the focus on details)

My hometown is the main protagonist of this post. But you'll see it only through small details that caught my attention in 2014.

This opening photograph was taken in the harbor. An ordinary plastic bottle has become a makeshift buoy.

Here you can see a plastic fork and two beer bottlecaps. There is a small grocery store across the street. People often buy a beer there and then drink it on the small wall across the road. The drink is sometimes accompanied by a quick meal. A burger or Chevapchichi.

Usually, you can see fragments of the town in the traffic mirrors. But not this time. The morning dew made a clear reflection impossible.

Here you can see some exotic, decorative grass in front of the house on the road that leads to the beach.

In one of the narrow streets near the center, I found a page from a children's book. It was surrounded by autumn leaves. Everything looked arranged for the effect and atmosphere, but I swear that it was a purely casual finding.

These stylized, simplified workers looked pretty cool. Very productive and almost alive.

Here you can see the small berries on the decorative vine around a small, abandoned house in my neighborhood.

A cat was sleeping on the garden wall.

The circle of the manhole looked surprisingly decorative. Almost like an elegant, geometrical artwork.

I would like to say one more thing before publishing. This post with ten photographs was originally prepared to be published on Liketu. But I had problems with the platform in the last few days. When I upload a picture or two, usually I save the draft. Lately, when I reload the drafts the photographs aren't visible and there is an error message in their place. Hope this thing will be resolved soon. Has someone experienced the same problem?
