Winter is officially here! ❄️ Here in southern Canada, we have been greeted with some substantial snowfall, as well as some very unforgiving temperatures. Why, just yesterday evening, temperatures reached a low of -26 degrees Celcius (or -15 degrees Fahrenheit)! 🥶

However, it is not all bad. We all went out as a family to enjoy the snow! Thankfully we have two rambunctious little girls who don't mind getting a little bit wet and cold, so we decided to build a snowman together 😄

My husband decided to break out his drone during our adventure, so he was able to capture an interesting perspective of the event. Here were the girls and I creating the bottom snowball of our snowman.
This was a LOT of work for me! 🥵 By the time the bottom snowball was done, it must have weighed 70lbs!)

Our girls taking in our work of art 🥰 As I started earlier, we're very happy to have two little girls that love being in the snow! Our oldest daughter has been asking to go sledding next!

Can't play in the snow without a few mishaps! Our oldest fell down a couple of times, but she was still in great spirits.

Our youngest daughter, also having a wonderful time. Both of them are adamant about refusing to wear a hat!

This is me, standing next to my work of art 😄 By a strange brush of fate, we ended up being the same height!
I used leaves for his eyes, pieces of stick for his nose and arms, and my husband carved in a smile with his finger 😂

Our oldest daughter, being the fashionista that she is 😄 She was sure to strike some poses in front of her new snowy friend.

Before leaving, our oldest daughter wanted to make some snow angels as well. Again, my husband was able to capture some great photos while using his drone.

I'm very happy with how the day (and photos) turned out! Everyone had a great time, and we were able to leave a friendly face by the side of the road, for all the passing cars to see. Hopefully our Frosty brings a smile to some other faces 😊☃️
