A fresh fruit from nature that is rich in benefits. Water Guava / Syzygium aqueum.

Hi everyone, especially those of you in this community. How are you all doing? I'm sure you're all well and healthy. I am very happy to be in this community. On this occasion I would like to share about the fruit of a tree that grows in nature. This fruit is very rich in benefits. In my area this fruit is called Water Guava.

Its fresh, sweet-sour flavor makes this fruit very much like it and is often used as fresh fruit and even salad. Its various benefits for human health make this fruit the most consumed and planted in the yard in my area.

As the name implies, water guava has a lot of water content in it. Other nutritional contents are Calories, Fat, Protein, Fiber, Carbohydrates, Iron, Calcium, Phosphorus, Zinc, Potassium, Sodium, Thiamin, Beta Carotene, Niacin, Riboflavin, Vitamin C and others. Because of the content of some of these nutrients, this fruit is very good for controlling diabetes, maintaining heart and blood vessel health, facilitating bowel movements, warding off free radicals, lowering bad cholesterol levels, maintaining healthy facial skin, maintaining healthy teeth and bones, maintaining nerve function and many others.

Wow that looks very good! I think I have eaten a Guava before, but never that type of Guava. I have only heard of normal Guavas, but never water Guavas. I'll look it up! Thanks for the info! Keep up the good work @bordan!
