Well Hall Pleasaunce.
Hi everyone,
Continuing on a quest to find nooks and crannies of London to fly in, I found a green space called Well Hall Pleasaunce.
Once ornate gardens of a the hall when it was private house (most notably the author of The Railway Children lived here), the gardens are now open for free. Built to be a place of peace reflection, over 100 different varieties of tree can be found and it is also a wildlife haven.
First, a ground shot.
Top down views of the gardens and fountains.
Looking down on the 16th century Tudor barn with a small 'moat' to the left.
Looking north east and checking out the topography of the area.
Looking east along artery roads and railway lines sandwiched between developments.
Take care everyone!
