PhotoFeed Contest - Cityscape - The Banks Of Sand.

Hi everyone!

Built on a spit of sand leading out into Poole Harbour, Sandbanks is one of the most sought after and expensive areas of land in the country. The average house price is over £952k, and apparently commands between £3k - £8k per square foot!

Some of these houses and blocks don't even have much of a garden or outside space besides a balcony- but the owners have the next best thing, a beach out side the front door!

It was a very still day so was amazing flying conditions.

The whole area is a protected reserve, the road leads to a chain boat crossing to the Studland nature reserve on the opposite side. It can be a little busy at peak times but the beach here is absolutely pristine.

Lastly, I noticed this man just chilling on the beach taking it all in.

It wasn't too busy even though it was around 24c at 6pm!

The whole beach running north to the pier is foreshore owned by the crown so operators can fly with peace of mind.

More sun to come in the future, take care!
