Signs of spring on my street
There are moments in the year when nature does not ask if we are ready for change, but it simply blooms and reminds us that life is always in motion. It's the same in my street. Without much announcement, without fanfare, spring has appeared through colors, smells and light that lasts a little longer than yesterday.

In this photo, a tree dressed in soft pink flowers looks as if someone has sprinkled clouds on the branches. Each flower carries the promise of warmer days, lighter steps and longer evenings. The car under the canopy almost disappears in that explosion of color, as if it too wants to become part of the spring picture. It's not just a tree, it's a sign that something is changing. Winter is slowly easing and life is regaining its rhythm.

In this photo, the scene is different, but just as powerful. The white blossoming bush stands in contrast to the still bare branches of the tall tree behind it. It's as if nature conducts a silent dialogue between the previous and the new season. In the background, the church calmly observes all this, as an eternal witness of the changes that take place from year to year.

It's interesting how spring never comes all at once. It appears in layers. First the buds appear, then flowers, then colors, then sounds. Everything wakes up at its own pace.

Also, in front of my parents' house, two dwarf peach trees have blossomed, giving a beautiful landscape of purple color next to the green grass that has started to make a green carpet after a long winter.

My street may not be famous, but at the moment it has its own special charm. The smell of flowers in the air, the light that falls at a different angle and the silence that is no longer cold, all together make an ordinary day special. Spring does not change us suddenly, but it reminds us that we can start anew. And sometimes it's enough just to look around. 🌿
The photos were taken in the late afternoon when the light becomes softer and highlights the texture of the flowers. The pink canopy especially comes to the fore in contrast with the blue sky, while the white flower mass in the second frame gives a calmer, almost minimalistic impression.
