The flowers of Papillonanda hybrid orchids in mother's garden
Hello everyone, have a nice day to you all where ever part of the world you are right now... It's been a while since I last posted here about our flower garden..
Today the weather is very bad, strong winds and heavy rain.. and classes are canceled because the roads are flooded.. not safe for everyone.. but before the weather turned bad today, yesterday I was still able to take a picture of the orchids flowers in our mother's garden.. two colors bloomed today, one is pink and purple, and the other one is Orange.. so, I am sharing them here, today..

The name of this two orchids flowers is a Papillonanda orchids hybrid, which is a cross between a Vanda orchid and a papilionanthe..

These orchids plants are known for being constant growers that can bloom flowers every two to four months.. Their flowers are vibrant pink, purple, yellow, orange, and more.. they are also fragrant which I love the most..
The stems look like think wands and they are so sturdy.. They sometimes poke my eyes when I try to sniff the flowers 🤭..
They have also thick white roots that cling to our bamboo stand very firmly.. they are easy to maintain.. just make sure to constantly water them everyday in the morning during the summer season.. even though it's very hot, these flowers grow well and flowers beautifully.. we only use organic fertilizers.. like rice water especially in the morning,, we also put eggshells around the roots.. sometimes, we also water them using the water we wash our fish from.. you know. The water with scales and stinky smell 😅.. don't worry, the orchids love it..
These orchids are one of the expensive ornamental plants in my country.. no, we are not rich 🤣,, we just have a lot of orchids but we are not selling them yet,, maybe in the future 😁
