Hello everyone.. this is my first time posting her in this community.. today i will share to you the flower that i saw this morning when i cleaning our backyard.. this flower is commonly known as clitoria ternatea also known as butterfly pea..

This flower can made as a tea ang give health benefits to our body and brain..like acting as an antioxidant, reducing inflammation and it can also support our skin and hair health.. It can enhance our memory.. you can yous this also as a traditional medicine.. like constipation, fever, and sore throat..

@blueoctopus I remember drinking this one when I've got an asthma...Its kinda an effective drink..I felt relieved after how many days of drinking it.I made a drink of this early in the morning and in the evening upon sleep.
